Information for Current and Prospective Contributors
This site contains Contributor Guidelines, a sample chapter, and other information for current and prospective contributors to the Oceana Treatise World Online Business Law (WOBL) (Dobbs Ferry, New York: Oceana Publications, a Division of Oxford University Press, 2003), edited by Andrew Simpson (email) and Stephan Kinsella (KinsellaLaw@gmail.com).
We are seeking contributors for chapters for the countries listed below, as well as any other countries not already covered. Chapter contributors will have their name, affiliation, and contact information prominently displayed on the front cover of the chapter (sample chapter covers [PDF] from another Oceana publication). This contact information will also be provided, along with a contributor bio, in the CONTRIBUTOR DIRECTORY section of the treatise.
Please contact me or Andrew Simpson if you are interested in preparing a chapter.
For more information, see the WOBL BROCHURE and Oceana’s WOBL Information Page. Also, see the LETTER TO CONTRIBUTORS, explaining benefits of being an Oceana Contributing Firm.
The following guidelines and information should be followed by contributors in preparing a chapter on the online business laws for a particular country. In addition, previously published chapters (see sample/specimen chapter below) should be consulted for examples.
